These Terms of Service govern your use of BPS (Business Performance Score), operated by BPS. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

SECTION 1 — THE SERVICE

BPS provides a subscription-based analytics platform that calculates a Business Performance Score for e-commerce brands. We connect to your Shopify store via official API integration to retrieve store data and generate performance insights.

Our service is intended for business use by e-commerce brand owners and operators. You must be at least 18 years old to use BPS.

SECTION 2 — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

BPS offers three subscription tiers: Starter ($49/month), Growth ($99/month), and Pro ($199/month). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

SECTION 3 — YOUR DATA

When you connect your Shopify store, BPS accesses your store data using read-only permissions. We use this data solely to calculate your Business Performance Score and generate insights.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your store data for advertising. Your data is stored securely and protected by industry-standard encryption.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or deleting your account from settings.

SECTION 4 — ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

· Use BPS for any unlawful purpose

· Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our scoring algorithms

· Share your account credentials with others

· Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from BPS

· Interfere with the security or integrity of our platform

SECTION 5 — DISCLAIMERS

BPS provides performance insights for informational purposes only. Our scores and recommendations do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice.

We make no guarantee that using BPS will improve your business performance. Results vary based on many factors outside our control.

BPS is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

SECTION 6 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

SECTION 7 — TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the settings page.

Upon termination your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted unless required by law.
